This assignment required three different book covers to be designed which uses the first letter of the author's name or the book title. This was to be done at a quick pace of a week for each which was to get us to meet deadlines.

This book cover was done on the book Star Wars Episode 1 The Phantom Menace by Patricia C. Wrede. For this, I choose the letter S from the title of the book as this fitted well in looking like a lightsaber which is one of the weapons. I made the letter S look like a lightsaber as this is the main thing associated with Star Wars.

With the background, I used black to make the letter S stand out as it is red and has a glow effect added to it as does the title and author's name.
